Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator (Kaiserslautern, Germany)

The USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Religious Support Office (RSO) is seeking a contractor to provide Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordination services to the Baumholder Military Community (BMC) and the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as developing and providing a monthly Catholic Community calendar, creating and providing a weekly bulletin and announcements, maintaining the Catholic Community Registration, and collecting and supporting Sacramental Records. The contractor will also be required to attend and participate in required meetings and support the Community Event Coordination and Publicity program. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordination services to the BMC and KMC • Developing and providing a monthly Catholic Community calendar • Creating and providing a weekly bulletin and announcements • Maintaining the Catholic Community Registration • Collecting and supporting Sacramental Records • Attending and participating in required meetings • Supporting the Community Event Coordination and Publicity program The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services.
