MnDOT Roseau Brine Water Line

The MnDOT Roseau Brine Water Line project involves installing a new 4‑inch water service to a brine water building at the Roseau truck station. Work includes directional drilling, interior piping, installation of a water meter, RPZ, PRV, and associated appurtenances, as well as demolition of pavement, site restoration, and coordination with archaeological and tribal monitors. The scope also covers traffic control, site security, and maintaining access for MnDOT personnel throughout construction. • Install a 4‑inch water line from the city water main to the existing brine building using directional drilling. • Provide interior piping, water meter, pressure‑reducing valve (PRV), and related components with proper labeling for non‑potable use. • Demolish and restore pavement around drilling pits, coordinate archaeological/tribal monitoring, and maintain site security and traffic control. • Complete substantial work within 90 days from Notice to Proceed, with an estimated project completion by September 30 2026.
