RFP - 260014319 - Construction and Program Management RFP

The City of Richmond is seeking proposals to establish a non-professional services on-call contract for program and project management, construction management, and construction inspection services for capital infrastructure projects involving the Department of Public Utilities. The contract will be for a period of 10 years, with the possibility of additional projects arising based on available funding and prioritization of needs by the City. The selected contractor will provide a diverse scope of services, including condition assessments, studies or investigations, GIS analysis, mapping, or dashboards, concept development and strategic planning, funding and grant administration, value engineering, and more. The contractor will also be responsible for providing weekly informal and monthly formal status reports to the City, as well as maintaining a "Lessons Learned" log for projects.
