Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center is requesting bids from an HVAC contractor to conduct upgrades to an existing IT server room at the Auraria Administration Building. The scope of services includes demolishing and replacing the existing CRAC unit and associated piping and ductwork, installing two new CRAC units, BAS monitoring controls, and a UPS. The goal of the project is to perform work with minimal interruption to building operation and occupants. The project duration is 6 months, and the estimated project cost is $370,369.00. Key requirements include:
• Demonstrated specific contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity
• Demonstrated bonding capability up to $400,000.00
• Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour
• Submission of bids with minimum requirements documentation, including bid bond and documentation evidencing minimum qualifications
