Description
The United States Air Force is seeking information from companies that can provide golf cart rental services for the 2026 Thunder of Niagara Air Show. The event will take place on June 20-21, 2026, at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station in New York. The contractor will need to provide 20 standard 2-passenger gas-powered golf carts, 8 4-passenger gas-powered golf carts, and 12 utility-bed gas-powered golf carts for hauling light equipment. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and retrieving the golf carts.
• The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to deliver, maintain, and retrieve the golf carts.
• The contractor must ensure that all rented equipment is in excellent operational condition and meets all safety and performance requirements.
• The contractor must deliver the golf carts to the designated staging area at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station by June 18, 2026, and remove them by June 22, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a brief operational and safety overview to the Government POC upon delivery.
• The contractor must comply with installation security procedures, including vehicle inspections and presentation of valid photo identification.
