Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking bids for the renewal of a subscription to BMC Helix Control M for a 12-month period. The vendor shall provide the following BMC Helix Control M Subscription Licenses to the MHBE: Control M SaaS Start Non-Production 1000 Additional Executions, Control M SaaS Start Non-Production 500 Executions (Base Package), Control M SaaS Start with 500 Executions (Base Package), and BMC AMI Education Learning Pass Credit Group 1. The scope of work includes the provision of these licenses, support, and invoicing. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the MHBE reserves the right to cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive or permit cure of minor irregularities.
• The contract is for a 12-month period, starting from the date of full execution by the parties.
• The contractor shall provide the required licenses and support.
• The contractor shall submit invoices within 30 days of receipt of equipment, software, or services.
• The MHBE reserves the right to change the procurement officer and/or the contract monitor at any time.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
• The contractor shall provide a certification against lobbying and disclose any lobbying activities.
