This solicitation is a sole‑source Quick Quote for the procurement of TruServe tobacco products for the State of Alabama. The award will be made without competitive bidding, and vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, be able to accept electronic payments, and meet state compliance requirements such as E‑Verify and foreign‑entity registration. The solicitation is open from Feb 9 to Feb 12 2026. The State reserves the right to cancel the contract with 30 days notice for supplies (or 72 hours for services) and will not provide indemnification.
