Washington’s Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction is issuing RFQ 2027‑03 to collect price quotations from qualified school‑bus dealers for a full range of bus types (including Type A, C‑60, C‑77, D‑60, D‑84) across diesel, gasoline, propane, and electric power‑trains, with and without wheelchair lifts. The solicitation does not result in a contract; instead OSPI will publish a vetted list of all accepted quotes for use by the state’s 39 school districts. Vendors must complete detailed specification forms for each bus category, provide warranty documentation, and meet Washington State School‑Bus specifications, including LED lighting, safety equipment, and required documentation.
