Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a hotel to provide accommodations and a training venue for an upcoming ICP training event in Lima, Peru. The requirement includes conference room rental, food and beverage service, audiovisual equipment, and lodging for five instructors. The offeror shall provide a fully equipped meeting/training venue with associated support services and lodging. The contract type is a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the period of performance is from August 23 to September 19, 2026.
* Conference room rental with classroom-style setup for 25 students and 5 instructors
* Food and beverage service, including daily lunch and a continuous coffee station
* Audiovisual equipment, including reliable projection or display and sound reinforcement
* Lodging for five instructors in standard king rooms at the same venue as the training
* Secure, lockable overnight storage for Government training materials and equipment
* Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and access
