The University System of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia Institute of Technology, is seeking a qualified vendor to replace its legacy “Sunflower” inventory system with a modern, federally‑compliant Government Property Management Inventory System. The contract will be awarded to the lowest technically responsible responsive bidder. The scope includes full‑cycle software design, development, data migration, integration with existing financial/procurement platforms, training, and ongoing support in accordance with FAR/DFARS and NIST security standards. • Deliver a cloud‑or‑on‑premise inventory tracking platform that meets federal audit and security requirements. • Migrate all existing asset data from the Sunflower system with verified accuracy. • Integrate with GT’s financial systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Workday). • Provide user manuals, training, and SLA‑based technical support. • Complete a live demonstration and final acceptance testing before award.
