PWP CL-2026-207) Addendum 1 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - REPLACE ATS AND MCC AT TERMINAL 1 SILVER GARAGE

The project involves replacing the existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and Motor Control Center (MCC) with new ATS and distribution board at Terminal 1 Silver Garage, and providing temporary generator power to all items on existing gear. The proposed contract is subject to Executive Order 11246, as amended, of September 24, 1965, and to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Labor Provisions. The requirements of 49 CFR part 26 apply to this contract. • The contract includes provisions for nondiscrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, or sexual orientation. • The contract requires compliance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. • The contract includes requirements for labor provisions and wage rates. • The contract requires the successful bidder to furnish a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price. • The contract includes provisions for the use of apprentices from a valid Apprenticeship Program.
