CMCI Services for Gartrell Bridge Widening

The City of Aurora is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Management/Construction Inspection (CMCI) services for the Gartrell Bridge Widening project. The scope of services includes project management, contract administration, construction management, stakeholder coordination, project schedule reviews, permit processing, and other construction submittal reviews and processing. The project involves widening an existing bridge, increasing trail connections, installing signal upgrades, and ramp work. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a Construction Manager or Project Manager familiar with E-470 and City of Aurora specifications and requirements. • The project is expected to start later this year and end approximately in the second quarter of 2026. • The project involves a design-bid-build delivery method. • The City is seeking a firm with experience in bridge construction and familiarity with CDOT/E-470 specifications. • The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed scope of work, project schedule, and price proposal. • The firm will be responsible for coordinating with the Transit Authority and ensuring compliance with E-470 requirements. • The project will require day, night, and weekend work, including split shifts as needed.
