Khaki Ripstop Fabric-Tabor City Sewing Plant

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking bids for the provision of Khaki Ripstop Fabric on an "As Needed" basis. The fabric will be used for processing of NCCE Products/Services to meet customer requirements. The contract term is expected to be 3 years, with no minimum or maximum orders guaranteed. Vendors must submit their bids through the Sourcing Tool, and the bid price shall constitute the total cost to the State for delivery fully assembled and ready for use, including all applicable charges for shipping, delivery, handling, administrative and other similar fees. • The bid must include a sample of the Khaki Ripstop Fabric color and material. • The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and/or maintenance offered in this IFB. • The vendor must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization with its bid response. • The vendor must complete ATTACHMENT A: PRICING FORM and upload it in the Sourcing Tool. • The vendor must provide at least three customer references using ATTACHMENT E: CUSTOMER REFERENCE FORM. • The vendor must complete ATTACHMENT D: HUB SUPPLEMENTAL VENDOR INFORMATION. • The vendor must complete ATTACHMENT F: LOCATION OF WORKERS UTILIZED BY VENDOR. • The vendor must complete ATTACHMENT G: CERTIFICATION OF FINANCIAL CONDITION. • The vendor must comply with the State's Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) program. • The vendor must comply with the State's alcohol/drug-free workplace policy.
