The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) seeks a certified Monday.com partner to deliver consulting, implementation, optimization, technical support, training, and knowledge‑transfer services for its existing Monday.com Enterprise platform. The effort is limited to 60 billable hours and will be performed on OHA’s Oahu office. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the HIePRO system by 2 p.m. HST on 19 Oct 2026. The award will be based on a best‑value evaluation covering past performance, personnel qualifications, technical approach, service delivery, financial capacity, and price. All vendors must comply with Hawaii’s General Excise Tax, wage‑rate requirements, and registration in the Hawaii Compliance Express system.
