Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide mold removal and remediation services for the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed remediation plan, certifications for key personnel, and a price quote for the services. The contract will be awarded based on technical acceptability and price. The contractor must be registered and active in the DoD Systems for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of offer submission.
• The contractor must provide a detailed remediation plan that outlines their technical approach to safe containment and removal of the mold.
• The contractor must provide documentation demonstrating that all key personnel providing the services possess current, relevant certifications in mold remediation.
• The contractor must submit a price quote for the services, including unit prices and extended prices for each item identified in the Schedule of Supplies/Services.
• The contractor must be registered and active in the DoD Systems for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of offer submission.
