Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the repair and preservation of the USS PIONEER (MCM-9) GATX evaporator tank and related piping. The work will be performed in Sasebo, Japan, and is restricted to firms that possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with the U.S. Navy in the Japan region. The contractor will be required to repair and preserve the collecting, holding, and transfer piping, and chemically clean the system. The period of performance is from 14 Jul 2026 to 31 Oct 2026.
• The contractor must have an active MSRA or ABR agreement with the U.S. Navy in the Japan region.
• The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
• The contractor must provide a price breakdown of the proposal.
• The contractor must agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order.
