Description
The Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide general pest control services for the 117th Air Refueling Wing at the Sumpter Smith Air National Guard Base in Birmingham, Alabama. The service period is from December 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. The vendor will be required to perform pest control services weekdays, between 7am-3:30pm, and will be paid in arrears after completion of service. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Ants, Cockroaches, House Mouse, Roof Rats, Occasional Invaders, Spiders, Hornets, and Yellow Jackets. Some key points to consider are:
* The vendor must attend a mandatory site visit on November 7th, 2025, at 9:00am CST.
* The vendor will be required to perform services during normal duty hours of 0700-1530, Tuesday-Friday.
* The payment terms are net 30, paid in arrears after completion of service.
* The vendor will be required to submit invoices after completion of service.
