NESA Executive Forum Lodging Support

The Near East South Asia Center for Security Studies (NESA) requires contractor support for lodging services for the Executive Forum 02-26, taking place from January 23 - 31, 2026. The contractor will provide accommodations for approximately 32 individuals. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the contract. The evaluation criteria for award are Technical Capability and Price. • The contractor must provide lodging services for 32 individuals, including 22 USG-funded and 10 self-pay hotel rooms. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the contract. • The contractor must meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes administrative, technical, and pricing information.
