The Department of the Air Force is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual inspections and weight‑testing of eleven overhead hoists and cranes located at four Alabama Air National Guard installations. The contractor must test each device to full functional condition, provide detailed written reports, remove daily salvage, and comply with all base, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations. Travel costs are to be included in the quoted price for each location, and the work must be performed during normal base operating hours. No partial quotes are accepted; vendors must quote a single lump‑sum price covering all equipment at all sites.
