RFP Harbor Engineer - 2021

The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking a qualified professional engineer (or engineering firm) to serve as the Harbor Commission Engineer for a one‑year term beginning in 2021. The role requires delivering comprehensive engineering services for the borough’s waterfront and marina projects, including design, bid preparation, construction‑phase oversight, CAFRA permitting, and maintenance of harbor maps and records. Candidates must have at least eight years of professional engineering experience, be a registered PE, and maintain an office within reasonable proximity to the borough.
