Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 3024 Dupont Circle, Jefferson City, MO. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom sanitizing, and window cleaning. The vendor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 19,529 square feet. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
Some key tasks and requirements include:
* Providing evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays
* Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building, its contents, and occupants
* Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as outlined in the Cleaning Checklist
* Utilizing environmentally preferable products and supplies whenever possible
* Providing a contractor contact person who resides within 30 miles of the building
* Ensuring all personnel are authorized to work in the United States
