Description
The Liberty Public School District #53 is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual visual inspections, reporting, and repair quotations for all athletic equipment across its K‑12 schools. The work includes inspecting basketball goals, curtain walls, field‑goal posts, wrestling‑mat hoists, volleyball nets, and related items; providing detailed reports with photos; submitting repair quotes for any deficiencies; and executing approved repairs using the contractor’s labor and materials. The contract commences 1 June 2026, runs for one year with up to two optional one‑year renewals, and requires the contractor to supply all necessary tools (ladders, lifts, etc.) and maintain required insurance and bonding.
• Perform inspections of all listed athletic equipment during June‑July each year.
• Deliver written inspection reports (photos, condition notes) within 30 days of inspection and final annual report by 31 Aug.
• Provide repair quotes using pre‑agreed labor rates and material markup; obtain district approval before executing repairs.
