RFB 2025-45 Re-bid for Madison County Public Health First Floor HVAC Project for GC and EC

The Madison County is seeking a General Construction and Electrical Contractor for the re-bid of the Public Health First Floor HVAC Project. The project involves the renovation of the first floor HVAC system at the Public Health building located at 138 N Court Street, Wampsville, NY 13163. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and re-installation of existing ceiling tiles and grid, temporary support of existing light fixtures and HVAC diffusers/grilles, and coordination with the Electrical Contractor for the disconnection and reconnection of existing smoke detectors and exit signage.
