The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) requires labor and materials for the setup, installation, and relocation of furniture in Building. This project involves procuring new desks and workspaces for some rooms and reconfiguring existing furniture to improve individual workspaces, optimize team collaboration, and ensure efficient space utilization. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing furniture, providing a design with a new layout, and installing new furniture. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and the contractor must provide a price quote that includes all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight. • The contractor will participate in a site visit to provide pricing for all labor and materials. • The contractor will remove all existing furniture from rooms and move it to a Government-designated storage area. • The contractor will provide a design with the price quote, including a new layout to improve individual workspaces and optimize team collaboration. • The contractor will install new furniture, including workstations, conference tables, and seating. • The contractor will be responsible for properly disposing of any shipping and packaging material. • The contractor will perform all work during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1700.
