Description
The Department of the Navy is seeking quotations for the supply of Zinc Paint, F159, QPL 24441. The paint must meet the required specifications, and offerors are required to submit descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the specifications. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and the Government intends to make an award without discussions. The quotation must include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, and whether or not the company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• The paint must be in accordance with Attachment 1 MDR (Master Description Record) and QPL 24441.
• The quotation must include a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
• The Government requires the paint to be delivered to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
• The inspection location is final inspection at destination, and the inspection terms are QA3.
