Description
The Town of Carlisle is seeking quotes for the expansion of the Town Hall mechanical room. The project includes demolition, relocation of electrical outlets, rebuilding of steel stud walls, and installation of new plumbing fixtures. The contractor must meet compliance standards under 521 CMR access for persons with disabilities and provide proof of insurance, OSHA compliance, and tax compliance. The project must be substantially complete by June 30, 2025.
• The base bid includes the cost to complete the scope of work as described under base bid.
• The alternate bid includes the cost to complete the scope of work as described in alternate one.
• The contractor must provide a payment bond from a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the Commonwealth.
• The contractor must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to this award.
