Mechanical Contract D006413 Base Contract Summary: Remove existing gas fired boilers and breeching. Remove hot water piping to indirect domestic water heater. Remove and replace existing boiler room make up air damper and Actuator. Provide two condensing boilers, stainless steel breeching and stainless steel liner for chimney in existing wall opening. Tie into Existing hot water distribution system. Provide three electric domestic water heaters. Provide two Under-sink instant hot water heater. Perform all required cleaning, testing and balancing of the new Equipment. Perform commissioning of the new equipment. Floor drain for condensate pump discharge over roll door. Remove & replace existing Johnson Control H.W. system Controller. Estimated Range: ($581,177.00 to $786,298.00) Alternate 1: Remove & replace existing (9) hot water pumps (3 primary And 6 secondary) Estimated Range for this Alternate is: ($52,030.00 to $70,393.00) There will be a pre-bid meeting at 10:30 AM on June 9, 2026, located at Hay Barn Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park 395 Planting Fields Road, Oyster Bay, NY 11771. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 10:00 AM on June 16, 2026. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. The completion date for this project is 365 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller’s Office.
