Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 15,000 Number 9 reply envelopes. The envelopes must be gray in color, with black ink printing on the face, and a green line of type in Pantone 369. The contractor must ensure that all postal elements meet USPS regulations in effect at the time of print. The contractor will receive a purchase order, a PDF file for production, and other necessary documents via email after the award. The contractor must perform a basic check of the furnished media and publishing files to assure correct output of the required reproduction image.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment is made.
• The contractor must submit quotes via the Quick Quote system.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product has been delivered via email.
• The contractor must pack the envelopes in units of 500, with no more than 40 pounds per shipping container.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
