Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for UNLV School of Dental Medicine Mezzanine Addition and Simulation Clinic Remodel Project

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the School of Dental Medicine Mezzanine Addition and Simulation Clinic Remodel Project. The project will be delivered in two phases: (1) Mezzanine Addition and (2) Simulation Lab Remodel. The CMAR will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services, including cost estimating, constructability reviews, and project management. The project requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction of a mezzanine level to create a new student lounge area • Structural modifications and reinforcements to support the new mezzanine • Installation and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems • Interior build-out, including finishes and architectural elements • Installation of new casework and Owner-provided furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) • Upgrades to Simulation Clinic #208, including installation of new simulation desks and student lockers • Extension and integration of building systems, including power, data, and compressed air infrastructure The successful proposer will be required to provide proof of insurance, comply with UNLV's sustainability and accessibility standards, and demonstrate a commitment to equal employment opportunity.
