Elective Pay Advisory Services for the State of New York

The New York State Division of the Budget is requesting proposals from qualified tax advisory firms to provide services to assist with the navigation of the Elective Pay program created by the Inflation Reduction Act, or altered by succeeding statutes, with the aim of maximizing New York State’s (State) receipt of available Federal support for such projects and refund of eligible tax credits. The Firm selected for this engagement will support the State in filing for refundable credits for eligible projects put into services during calendar years 2025 through 2029. The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information required for submission of a proposal. To prevent possible disqualification and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the RFP, Bidders should pay strict attention to the proposal submission deadline and follow the format and instructions contained in the RFP.
