Washer and Dryer Rental and Maintenance

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is seeking bids for Washer and Dryer Rental and Maintenance Services. The contract will include the rental of washers and dryers, full-service preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs. The resulting contract will be used at various physical locations on the UW Milwaukee campus and primarily by Housing but must be made available to all main campus and any satellite locations. • The contract may include a 1-year warranty for equipment. • The contractor must provide a client list of three firms to which similar items/services have been provided during the past three years to a comparable sized institution or company. • The contractor must comply with all federal and state laws, local laws, ordinances, and regulations which are in effect during the period of this contract. • The contractor must maintain worker's compensation insurance and commercial liability, bodily injury, and property damage insurance. • The contractor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet for each hazardous chemical item. • The contractor must comply with the State of Wisconsin's nondiscrimination law and affirmative action requirements.
