Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a vendor to provide a multifunction device lease and maintenance services. The lease should be for a Canon ImageRunner Advance DX 4945i or an equivalent device. The maintenance services should include all parts, labor, emergency calls, travel time, mileage, regular inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment modernization, drum replacement, free loaner equipment, and replacement guarantee. The City is looking for a cost-per-copy pricing model for black and white prints, with no minimum or maximum requirements. The vendor should be able to automatically collect meter readings and provide a customer portal. The City will issue purchase orders on a year-to-year basis, contingent on funding and approvals.
• The lease term is 36 months, with the option to purchase the device at the end of the term for $1.
