Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for a Soil & Water Mobile Educational Trailer. The trailer should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B - Specifications. Bidders must submit their bids online via the provided link or in person at the specified address. The bid price should include delivery of the trailer to the destination specified. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The trailer should be a mobile educational unit that meets the specifications outlined in Attachment B.
• The bid price should include all costs associated with delivering the trailer to the destination.
• The contract will be for a term of up to 36 months, with the option to extend for an additional 24 months.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights and accessibility.
