Description
The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide land surveying and mapping services. The selected firm will provide professional consulting services for a term of four years, with the possibility of task assignments at the sole discretion of the County. The services will include surveying and mapping at various facilities, including water treatment facilities, production and disposal wells, wastewater treatment facilities, and other County and non-County facilities. The proposal should include a letter of interest, a completed GSA Form SF 330, and other required documents.
• The proposal should be submitted in eight originals, one unbound copy, and one PDF on a CD.
• The proposal should include a completed Prime Consultant Questionnaire and a completed Sub-Consultant Letter of Intent to Perform and questionnaire.
• The County will evaluate proposals based on selection criteria set out in the County's PPM# CW-O-048 and the Affirmative Procurement Initiatives (APIs).
• The County will provide contracting opportunities for Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) in the area of professional services.
