Notice of Intent to Award via Sole Source - Circa Inc.

The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is issuing a sole‑source award to Circa Inc. for the procurement, delivery, installation, and one‑year service support of Eaton UPS battery cabinets and replacement batteries at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The effort includes removal of existing batteries, installation of two new battery cabinets with 80 new batteries, wiring, and on‑site Eaton Customer Service Engineer support for shutdown, start‑up, and system re‑configuration. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, local travel, and incidentals, comply with NEC, and use only genuine Eaton OEM components. The work will be performed during normal business hours on‑site at Tinker AFB. • Replace 80 existing E54/540W batteries in two existing cabinets. • Procure and install two new Eaton 93PM battery cabinets (40 batteries each). • Provide wiring, conduit, and integration with existing UPS units. • Provide Eaton CSE on‑site for shutdown and start‑up. • Handle delivery, off‑loading, removal, disposal, and all required safety and security compliance.
