Description
The Westbury Union Free School District is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to provide comprehensive design‑build services for K‑12 facilities, ranging from feasibility studies and pre‑referendum work through construction administration and occupancy certification. The contract is a one‑year professional services agreement with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and the firm must be able to navigate NYSED approvals, prepare bid packages, manage construction, and issue a Certificate of Occupancy.
