Description
The City of Newark’s Department of Water and Sewer Utilities is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide on‑call professional engineering services for its water and sewer programs. The engagement is open‑ended, with work assigned as needs arise, and will be evaluated on experience, familiarity with the agency, and competitive hourly rates. Respondents must submit one original and five copies in a sealed envelope by the same day the solicitation is posted.
• No specific project scope – services will be requested on an as‑needed basis (design reviews, plan preparation, field inspections, etc.).
