The South Coast Air Quality Management District is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive mailing services for a range of agency communications. Contractors must handle all aspects of mailing—including folding, inserting, sealing, labeling, tabbing, metering, optional bindery work, and pickup/delivery of materials—while fronting postage costs and providing detailed post‑mailing reporting and invoicing. The work is job‑by‑job; vendors will be pre‑qualified for a three‑year period and must respond to individual job bids within eight business hours, with strict turnaround times for pickup (within two hours) and delivery (next business day for most jobs). Insurance, licensing, and the ability to supply SIC codes and carrier‑route lists are mandatory, and vendors must not resale AQMD mailing lists.
