Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, intends to award a sole source procurement for preventative maintenance and service repair services for the Philips N90 R/F X-Ray machine at the Billings VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Montana. The services will be provided by Philips Healthcare, the large business manufacturer of the machine, due to their proprietary rights. The period of performance is from 4/15/2026 to 3/14/2027. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, but a determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
