Pump Station Exterior Door Replacement

The City of Laconia is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace exterior doors, door frames, and associated components at four different pump station buildings. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The contractor must also coordinate with City staff to ensure continued operation and security of the pump stations and minimize service disruptions. • The project involves replacing doors and door frames at four pump station buildings: Christmas Island Pump Station, Mass Ave Pump Station, Rt 3 Pump Station, and Clearwater Pump Station. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City of Laconia. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof. • The proposal must include a project completion approach, firm capability and resources, references, firm background and experience, and completed and signed documents.
