3D Foot Scanner for Boot Fitting

The U.S. Army Brigade is seeking ten commercial‑off‑the‑shelf, brand‑agnostic automated 3D digital foot‑scanning systems to modernize boot fitting during Initial Entry Training. The systems must capture comprehensive foot dimensions (length, width, arch height, heel width, ball girth, pressure distribution) in under 20 seconds, convert the data into standard military boot sizes, and operate on a rugged, self‑contained platform with touchscreen interface and ongoing software support. Four units will go to the 120th AG Battalion, two each to the 30th, 43rd, and 95th AG Battalions, and one spare will be held at Brigade/LTB headquarters.
