PORT SECURITY UNIT COMPETENCY QUALIFICATION MANUALS

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 220 coil-bound books, consisting of 9 different manuals, for the Port Security Unit Competency Qualification. The books will have a trim size of 8-1/2 x 11" and will be printed in four-color process and black ink. The contractor will be responsible for converting hyperlinks to black/grayscale and performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files to assure accurate output. The contractor must also provide proofs and samples, and deliver the final products to the USCG PSU 312 in San Francisco, CA. The key requirements of the job include: • Producing 220 coil-bound books with clear front cover and black composite back cover • Printing in four-color process and black ink • Converting hyperlinks to black/grayscale • Performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files • Providing proofs and samples • Delivering the final products to the USCG PSU 312 in San Francisco, CA
