The Borough of Metuchen seeks a state‑certified lead‑evaluation contractor to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive lead‑based paint inspection program for roughly 150 pre‑1978 rental units. The vendor will develop fee structures, create and maintain an online database, handle landlord communications, conduct visual and dust‑wipe inspections within 20 days of request, invoice for municipal and state fees plus a $30 administrative fee per unit, and provide regular reporting, remediation coordination, and educational materials.
