The City of Allentown is seeking suppliers to provide automotive parts, truck parts, equipment parts, supplies, equipment, accessories, and specialized repair services. The City intends to award contracts to multiple vendors to ensure coverage across all needed categories. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering the best overall price and value at the time of need. • The City will receive sealed bids online via Public Purchase, mail, or hand-delivered. • Submissions shall be opened and publicly posted on Public Purchase's website. • Vendors must submit complete proposals, including a scanned copy of the Bid Bond. • The PROPOSAL PAGE must be completed and submitted through Public Purchase. • Other Forms must be completed and uploaded to Public Purchase. • Applicable Bid Security must be mailed and delivered prior to the Bid opening.
