Virginia-class Blown Optical Fiber Cable Troubleshoot and Repair

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to perform Virginia-class blown optical fiber cable troubleshoot and repair work. The contractor will be required to perform work in accordance with work package HIRMC-501-26, with a tentative start date of 15 November 2025 and a delivery date of 15 May 2026. The work will be performed at PHNSY & IMF. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov by the award date. • The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611. • The contractor must have SECRET clearance to access the asset. • The contractor will need to coordinate with the security manager to perform a site visit for the repair. • The contractor must plan for all scenarios regarding the format of the cable's connector endpoints.
