Dayton International Airport (DAY) – Terminal Gate Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) – Phase 4 (Concourse A)

The City of Dayton is seeking a contractor to replace three existing passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) on Concourse A of the Dayton International Airport terminal. The work includes full demolition of the existing bridges, foundation and pedestal construction, installation of new bridge structures and ancillary equipment (GPU’s, air‑management systems), and updating gate pavement markings. All bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN’s vBid system. • Remove and dispose of three existing PBBs on Concourse A. • Perform demolition, foundation work, and install new pedestals, walkways, and the three new PBBs with associated equipment. • Apply new gate pavement markings and complete all required electrical work. • Submit a fully electronic bid; no paper submissions accepted. • Pre‑bid virtual meeting optional on April 7, 2026 (Microsoft Teams).
