Description
The purpose of this project is to connect all required data center equipment to the primary building Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). The project includes the installation of dedicated power sources for all designated equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary materials and labor to complete the project.
• The project requires the installation of UPS output sub-panels, circuit breakers, feeder wire and conduit, branch wire, conduit and fittings, underfloor electrical whips, receptacles and backboxes, consumables and labeling, load studies, and labor hours.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal that demonstrates an understanding of the government's requirements and includes a statement acknowledging they have the technical capabilities to perform the requirements.
• The contractor must also provide pricing for all the required materials and labor.
• The government will evaluate offers based on technical and price factors, with technical factors being more important than price.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government.
