Develop and sustain CASTLE KEEP in Army commercial cloud solutions

The U.S. Army is conducting market research for the development, migration, and sustainment of the CASTLE KEEP portal—a classified, customer‑facing system that provides workflow, reporting, and analytics for the Army SCI community—within an Army Commercial Cloud Solutions Provider (AC2SP) environment. The solicitation seeks vendors that can demonstrate existing capabilities in software development, cloud‑based infrastructure‑as‑code, cybersecurity testing (blue/red‑team), and the ability to staff the effort with personnel holding active TS/SCI (and potentially TS/SCI w/ CI Poly) clearances.
