Description
The City of Danville, Virginia is seeking proposals for citywide strategic planning services. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic plan for the city. The plan should include an analysis of the city's current situation, identification of key issues and opportunities, and recommendations for future development. The consultant will be expected to work closely with city staff and stakeholders to ensure that the plan is inclusive and reflects the needs and goals of the community. Some of the key services that the consultant will be expected to provide include:
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups to gather input and feedback
• Analyzing data and research to inform the planning process
• Developing a comprehensive strategic plan that includes goals, objectives, and recommendations for implementation
