Description
The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) is seeking a qualified Respondent to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the installation of Inline Duct Heater(s) for 11 buildings within the Mart State Juvenile Correctional Facility. The work shall include delivery, setup, integration, and testing to ensure full operational functionality in accordance with applicable codes and TJJD specifications.
• The Respondent shall have all applicable, up-to-date licenses/certifications.
• The Respondent shall have a minimum of five (5) consecutive years of experience within the past ten years as a General Contractor.
• The Respondent shall provide a monthly HUB subcontracting report to the HUB coordinator.
• The Respondent shall provide an overall project schedule that includes anticipated duration dates, resources, dependencies, and milestones for each project phase and task.
• The Respondent shall provide a summary of deliverables required for this solicitation and any additional deliverables the Respondent plans to use to execute this effort.
